Kiwanis Riverway Park

Saturday, April 13th: 10:00am - 11:30am

Join Chris for our monthly walk along the Scioto River as we look for early spring migrants.
Kiwanis Riverway Park is a hidden gem located along Riverside Drive, just south of SR-161. It features a boardwalk along the Scioto River and paved walking paths that connect to the Dublin Bridge Street District. The wetland habitat in the park is home to many native plants and wildlife and is often a great place to see warblers and other migrants. We will look for any early warblers, flycatchers and hummingbirds that have arrived, in addition to the usual suspects of ducks, egrets, herons, kingfishers, woodpeckers and much more!

Saturday, April 27th: 10:00am - 11:30am

This Columbus City Park, located along the Scioto River by Griggs Dam, is a popular stopping place for Spring migrants like warblers and orioles.
